Barb is a people person. Always keen to meet new people, new clients and to understand what their business or accounting needs are. Her working career spans many decades in the Chartered Accountancy profession, both in Office Management and a Business Advisory capacity.
Even though Barb was born in the top of the South Island, Barb has spent most of her life living in Wellington, so has a strong friend and business connection within the city. She has a grown-up son who also lives in the city.
Over the years Barb has been very involved with many sports such as being a foundation member of the Wellington Triathlon & Multisports Club, a player, coach, Under 17 Manager and netball umpire in the Wellington region. She was also a hands on “Camp Mother” when her son was involved in College Rowing.
She now enjoys her time at the gym, walks on the fabulous bush and water tracks around Wellington and the country, weekend breaks away with friends and family, going to live concerts and gigs as well as enjoying the odd gin and tonic and/or glass of wine.
